1. What type of referencing format should we use?

2. What is U classification and should it be for the whole movie?
   1. only the scene should be classified as U (suitable for general audience)
      1. no extreme violence, no adult scenes (only in that scene)
3. Word limit
   1. Plus or minus 10%. Try your best not to exceed too much of the word limit. This is to ensure you understand how to explain your points in short and concise manner rather than long-winded explanation.
4. Should referencing be done for every sentence?
   1. Short answer no, usually we will use a reference for important links and articles.
   2. Some of the points in the discussion section may not require a reference. If you are referring to a standard theory, you may want to quote the source of the theory and then provide an explanation of your own
5. How to do referencing
   1. refer to the above guidelines
   2. basically we have an in-text citation and a list of references at the end of the document
6. Using a short clip from a movie or a article for the purpose of education does not infringe copyright law
7. Does the scene need to show everything?
   1. movie scenes usually will not show everything but a short section only. We want to analyse how much of a fiction is in the scene. refer to the question.
8. is it ok if i use chatgpt to check for my grammar?
   1. No you should not. Use a grammar checking software such as Grammarly etc
9. How to submit Section B (group submission)
   1. Send an email from your official email to the lecturer's official email and cc all group members. write the name and ID of each team member and attach the file as a PDF

    • better choose a movie in English so myself and the other examiners can understand it
    • choose a short clip not the whole movie
    • send a link to the short clip
    • not necessary to be a computer movie, it can be a movie about any topic but the scene must be about computer security

    • write in general about the computer security method either it is a hacking method or a software security or the issue

  • Choose either one of the methods to draw a chart/ diagramme
    • draw the diagramme and also add a short explanation

  • you need to find a reference to a news article or a website that explains that a similar incident really happened
  • not necessarily the same incident that is shown in the movie but a similar incident that has happened
  • Is using a conference article suitable for reference? Yes, it is an excellent reference.
